Privacy Policy

• Account info: name, email, role (customer or vendor), profile photo, and (optional) phone number.
• Vendor info: business name, category, logo, description, social handles, accepted payments, menu, and frequent locations you choose to save.
• Location data: your device location while the app is open (to show nearby vendors) and, for vendors, your live broadcast location while you're "open".
• Activity: likes, follows, reviews, photos, and announcements you read or dismiss.
• Technical: device, browser, and basic logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

• Show nearby open vendors and your saved favorites.
• Let vendors broadcast their live location and "today's special" while open.
• Send you in-app notifications you've opted into (e.g. follow alerts, distance alerts, app updates, founder announcements).
• Verify vendors so customers can trust who they're following.
• Detect abuse and keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared only as needed:

• Public profile: vendor business name, photo, category, location while open, and aggregated likes/reviews are visible to customers.
• Service providers: our backend, hosting, mapping, and storage providers process data on our behalf.
• Payment Processors: When you purchase a subscription, your payment data is securely processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. Streatly does not store or have access to your raw credit card or banking details.
• Legal: if required by law or to protect users.

Personal info such as your email, phone, and saved addresses is never shown publicly.

• Edit or delete your profile, addresses, and favorites at any time from the app.
• Toggle notifications and live-location sharing in Settings.
• Delete your account from Settings — this removes your profile and associated data.
• Email dannyalcala14@me.com for any access or deletion request we can't process in-app.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, row-level security, access controls), but no system is 100% secure.

Streatly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
