Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for activity on your account — keep your credentials safe.

• Be respectful in reviews and messages. No harassment, hate, or false claims.
• Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to access vendor private data.
• Photos you upload must be your own and depict the food honestly.

• Only post businesses you actually operate. Submit accurate verification photos.
• Update your "open now" and live location truthfully — don't mislead customers.
• Comply with all local food, health, licensing, and tax laws. Streatly doesn't replace required permits.
• Menu prices, hours, and specials must reflect what you actually serve.
• We may flag, hide, or remove vendors who violate these rules or receive credible complaints.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, menus). You grant Streatly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of running the service.

We help customers discover vendors. We don't process payments, prepare food, or guarantee that any vendor will be at a posted location at a given time. Transactions happen between you and the vendor.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of vendor info, or food quality. Use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streatly and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including food-related issues, lost transactions, or inaccurate location data.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and take effect on posting.

Streatly offers a premium Vendor Subscription tier ($1.00/month early-bird pricing). Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the current rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your mobile platform's account settings. All refunds are subject to Apple and Google platform distribution policies.
